Thank you for your interest in commissioning my work.
These terms ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the client and the artist.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.
PAYMENT
• All commissions are paid 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.
• Work begins once the first payment has been received.
• Payments are currently accepted through the methods listed on my commission page.Refunds are not available once the sketch phase has been approved.

6. Email delivery• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
• Once the sketch is approved, major design changes may require an additional fee.
• My goal is always to ensure you are happy with the final design.
TIME
• Estimated completion time varies depending on complexity and quantity.
Most commissions are completed within 1 to two days once started.If delays occur, clients will always be informed.
USAGE RIGHTS
Unless the 20€ Public Rights are payed:• Commissions are intended for personal use.
• Commercial use must be discussed beforehand.
• The artist retains the right to display the artwork in portfolios, social media, or promotional material.Credit is always appreciated when sharing the artwork publicly.
ADOPTABLES
• Once purchased, the character design belongs to the buyer.
• Buyers may use the design for personal or public projects.
• The artist retains the right to display the design as part of their portfolio.Adoptables are sold as-is.
COMMUNICATION
• Clear communication helps create the best possible design.

• Any important details for your characterThe more information provided, the better the final result.
RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT
I reserve the right to decline commissions that make me uncomfortable or fall outside my artistic scope.
